I recently stopped by Cordelia RV Center with my wife to hopefully purchase a bumper pull RV trailer. J.C. ,our sales rep, was perfect. He answered all the questions I had without being a “salesman”. He didn’t have answers to all my questions so while we were chatting at his desk he called the Nash travel trailer rep and got them all answered to my satisfaction.
We decided to buy the trailer we were shown. It was a very pleasant experience We then moved into the “finance office”. You know the place you usually find a cold finance rep. that says sign here or initial there and have a nice day. Instead we were introduced to Susanne Phillips. She made the experience as enjoyable as possible. She stood up after the deal was done and gave us a big hug. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to not get the salesperson experience

Bought a travel trailer yesterday. Was dreading the paperwork process, but Sierra made it an enjoyable experience. She was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and had a great sense of humor on the hottest day of the year. Dropped by the day before just to look around. Had two trailers in mind when arriving to the lot, one I’ve seen before and one I have not. Met the gentlemen I had spoke with over the phone and he showed me both trailers and was very honest and insightful on the two. Sales team members are friendly, knowledgable and honest. I don’t know where to begin… My experience was the best at Cordelai RV Jeff and Brad in the sales department were AWESOME and really went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal for the Mallard trailer I purchased. Susanne in finance couldn’t have been any more professional and sweeter… thank you Suassane … Then after the sale was final it was off to the service department for pick-up. ALL the people there treated me so GREAT.. Mike who gave me the walk thru really made sure I knew everything I needed before I took it off the lot. You really need to pay attention with Mike tho. He likes to quiz you to make sure you know how to use your new RV. If ever there was an award for a 1st class RV Center, Cordelia RV would clearly win hands down. From the moment we entered their door, we were treated with the highest customer service from everyone we encountered. We were looking for a small motorhome that would fit within our budget. Our salesman, “Kevin Ford”, together with owner “JC”, worked tediously to customize a transaction that would provide us with the motorhome we wanted. We left that day with a positive experience. A few days later, we arrived at their Service Department to pick-up our new motorhome. The Service Department lived up to their name of “SERVICE”, as we received impeccable service in every way possible. It was easy to see that each person in the Service Dept was very knowledgeable in their jobs. We spent nearly two appreciated hours with “Ramil” for our walk thru. He covered every detail of our new motorhome from one end of the RV to the other; graciously answering our many questions. We recently had an issue with our trailer and had it towed in for some repairs. Kelly was super helpful, even staying a little late to make sure we could get our trailer in the gate on a Monday evening. She made sure the needed repairs were done and remembered to a couple extra services that I had asked for. Nothing but good experiences so far from Kelly and Marvin in the service department. We just purchased our first travel trailer. We knew what our size and weight restrictions were and that’s about it. We were greeted by JC even though he was with clients. Purchasing our second RV, we had a pretty good idea what we wanted. After numerous RV shows and dealer visits, the Outdoors RV line came out on top. Since we live close by, we could easily drop in to ponder some more. Our salesman, Dan, was always available and is very friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable, and helpful – no pressure, no hassle. When we finally made our purchase, there were a few items that didn’t get specified for the service department to provide, but Dan saw them through, as promised. Financing went fine, and all the folks in service were great. We recently purchased our Coachman Leprechaun Motorhome from Cordelia RV Center. As I said in a previous review, the entire experience was very positive. When we arrived home with our new Motorhome, we noticed a few items were missing. We contacted the Service Manager “Gina” to tell her what items were missing. One of the items missing was the complete owner’s manual package which references information one needs on items within the Motorhome. “Gina” was quick to remedy the situation and immediately gathered all the missing information we needed and promptly mailed it to us. The other items that were missing were also taken care of and delivered to us by UPS. All of this was a hassle free transaction with “Gina” going the extra mile to insure we were satisfied with our purchase. “Gina’s” sincerity of correcting the situation reflects that Cordelia RV stands behind their service, ensuring customer satisfaction. “Gina” is a true asset to Cordelia RV. I bought my motor home on ebay (big mistake by the way). When it was delivered to my home it needed to have a ton of work done to it. I took it to Cordelia RV Center and had a quote for $5300. When I shopped them, the price was about the same as the others were. Because I live in vacaville,Ii decided to just take it to cordelia rv. Repair took 2 weeks (parts had to be ordered) and when I came in to pay for it the bill was only $2500! They combined the labor for multiple repairs and only charged me once instead of for each thing separately. I was thrilled. Seemed very honest and kept me in the loop throughout the repairs process. - David

He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased but what I found to be unusual was his willingness to go to great length to find answers that were not immediately available. He was prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that his customer was happy.
He was also very quick to respond to my messages and inquiries and was able to do so without putting any pressure on me. In fact his pleasant character and relaxed demeanor were absolutely key factors in the completion of the sale. He certainly impressed me as being a very competent young man and I am sure he will have a very successful career in the field of recreational vehicles. - Roger
I stopped by their service center on a Thursday, and chatted with Body Shop manager Mark about my needs (two electrical upgrades and a battery tray replacement). Mark set a date for the following Tuesday. Not a Tuesday 2-3 weeks later (or more) like at Camping World or Nelson RV in Vacaville, but just five days later. After dropping off my RV at their 7 a.m. opening time, a courtesy van had me back home in time to grab my car and get to work. I was called a little after 2 p.m. the same day to be told all tasks were done.
Once the bill was paid (after receiving a $55 military discount), their courtesy shuttle followed me back home where I dropped off the RV and returned to their service center to pick up my car. Flawless and friendly service all around, they take the time to talk (and listen) to you about the work to be performed. The company is also a sponsor of http://TroopsDirect.org. A portion of RV or consignment sales are donated to this non-profit as a ‘back line’ of supply for front line troops exclusively at company and battalion levels with the objective of making them the healthiest, most energized and highest spirited Marines, soldiers, Airmen and sailors serving their country while in Harm’s Way.

We were looking to buy a Fox Mountain 5th wheel. An RV that has very high scores on the RV consumer web site. Fox Mountain is built by Northwood Mfg. up in Oregon and Cordelia RV Center is the largest Northwood dealership in California.
We arrived on site and immediately spotted the new Fox Mountain that we’d been looking for. We went in it and started checking it out. Eventually Rob, a salesman, approached us. It was very evident that he knew the Fox Mountain and Arctic Fox (also made by Northwood Mfg.) product lines very, very well.
We left without any commitment to him…and no pressure from him, I might add. Secured our financing and returned the following weekend ready to make our deal. It was a pleasant, painless transaction…all the way through. Steve, the Finance Manager was equally pleasant to deal with.
All in all, buying our 5th wheel from Cordelia RV Center was a much, much more pleasant experience than we were expecting. - J
I’m not one for leaving reviews but I have been very pleased with the people and experience I have had purchasing my first RV. Starting with Kevin Ford my salesperson. He was very informative and gave me the right amount of space to allow me the opportunity to make my decision. Susanne, in F&I, took me through the process and made it painless. Gina, in service, was very helpful in getting the rig, a 2006 Itasca Suncruiser 38', ready and looking beautiful. The riggers and service crew were first class. They answered my questions and were there to fix any problems that came up. The parts guys Eric and Mike have been very helpful in researching and meeting my needs. My thanks go out to the entire team at Cordelia. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV. - Alan
We purchased a 2005 Fleetwood RV from Cordelia RV from their on line web page. The sales man Jeff was great. Not only did he answer all of our questions but he was able to arrange financing that beat out credit union by 6 percentage points. He, along with Aaron the manager, made the transaction very easy. The service department did a complete walkthrough of the coach with us to insure that we were comfortable with the operation and to ensure that everything was in working order. I bought my first RV in 2012 from Cordelia RV. I had been looking for some time an after a impromptu stop one Sunday, I had found my trailer. It was such an awesome experience, I shared it with a friend and he too bought the same trailer the following week. The dealership has grown and the service department has improved over the past 6 years. I bought my second trailer last year and again I had a wonderful experience finding my next great trailer. I used my first one as a trade in and found once again that Cordelia RV provided the best financing. When my parents began looking for a new trailer I recommend that they check out Cordelia RV and of course they came away with an RV that they didn’t imagine. We spent several months looking for a new RV and were impressed with the selection at Cordelia RV. Our salesman JC listened to what we were looking for and was very patient while showing us many different options our first day there. Went back the next day with our interest narrowed to four RVs. Went through each of them with JC again and made our choice. Susanne in finance was very pleasant and professional to work with and everything was finished quickly and as agreed to.
They let us know that it would take a few days for them to prep the camper and check to make sure everything was working properly and they finished that as planned. Scheduled an appointment to pick up the new camper and go through how everything works with the service department. Gina was nice to work with and answered questions as they came up. Marvin, the service technician was great! He took extra care to make sure everything was just right and made recommendations on how to best pull, use and care for our new trailer.

I just purchased a used 2017 Rockwood Mini Lite. The reason for my 5 star rating was when I came to pick up my trailer yesterday and do my walk through I was met with a man named Cesar who was the guy to show and teach me about my first trailer. He really took his time and showed me absolutely everything and answered each and every question I had. When it came to the Tv and stereo he took the time to set up the bluetooth and really walk me through it all. After we got through the whole walk through he installed a new hitch with sway bars and throughly explained and showed me how to set that whole thing up. I loaded it up and got home only to have my first dilemma lol I could not get the trailer off the hitch, so I called and asked to talk to Cesar and he gave me his cell number and told me to FaceTime him so he could see what was going on, With in 30 seconds he solved the issue (pin needed to go up and forward) i was just trying to pull it up like i do on my boat trailer. My trailer has a gun safe but no keys and a woman named Sierra came in and called tech support and took 30 minuets working on it to get my keys and instructions ordered,I was so happy they didn’t miss anything and I was worried they might forget about the safe but No they were on it. A man named Ed was the guy who found me wandering in the lot and took me right to this trailer which was exactly what I was looking for, we worked a deal and I was out of there in an hour or so,very fast and painless and I was able to come pick up the trailer with in a week. All in all it was a great experience from start to finish and that’s how I like to do business. I would give Cesar 10 stars if they went up that high. - Michelle
My husband and I bought our first RV at Cordelia RV center. We were nervous at first- if it’s anything like buying a car I already knew my husband wouldn’t have the patience for it. When we arrived at the lot we were met by a salesman named Ed. He was very friendly and gave us our space and when we were ready to start asking questions he was very helpful and informative. He showed us RVs within range of what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time with RVs that were beyond our budget. It took 3 visits before we decided on one and the entire time Ed helped us with a smile and positive attitude. We’ve taken our RV out a few times already and we love it! Buying our trailer from this dealership has been an outstanding experience. Every person from Kevin in sales to the technician in the service department was professional and is an expert in their job. Everyone did what they said they would do, called me back when they said they were going to do so. Easy negotiations for a great price on the the trailer. Options installed properly and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cordelia RV to anyone.

I have only dealt with the collision center so this review reflects our experience there. We had collision repair work done for a an insurance claim. Sierra was our case manager and an absolute pleasure to work with, as well as Elcer, the collision supervisor and Jeff, the collision manager. We were extremely happy with the work they did and how they handled all the insurance business for us. They went above and beyond for us to insure we were happy with our rig. Very unusual considering the age of our rig (1992 Foretravel) and the difficultly if sourcing parts for it. Most places don’t care to put in the time on older rigs, but they were very into it. We couldn’t recommend them more of you have any type of service or repair work needed. - Myron
We just purchased a Forest River Salem RV trailer here and had a great experience! Jim Grogg was awesome and so patient with us going through and checking out multiple trailers.
The service center also had wonderful & friendly staff. Kelly was able to get us in early within the week to do the walk through and delivery. The gentleman who did our walk through was so nice and very knowledgeable, especially with us being newbies. There were a couple minor things that had to be fixed and were taken care of quickly before having the RV brought to our place.
Michael Kent delivered the RV to our home and was fantastic! He is a phenomenal driver! It was a really tight space, but he was persistant and very patient. He explained the whole process and gave us plenty of time to look and decide. He was also very helpful and kept contact with us between his other business. Just purchased a Glacier Peak, with Ed Whitehurst as our sells rep. And can say that we would go back to him again. Easy going, polite, knowledgeable, and if he didn’t know or wasn’t sure he’d check on it. There was little to no pressure and additions. A couple of things 1. We had narrowed down our choices to the Arctic Fox or glacier peak. 2. We had researched them both at their wed sites and Facebook. Pick up the unit next week. - Jeff
I just bought my first travel trailer, a Riverside Retro 166. My first contact with anyone was with salesman, Ed Moore, and like the other reviewers, I really appreciated his low-key no pressure approach–that’s a key factor in my deciding to go back to this dealership when I was ready to buy. I did my homework on price and then had a very short negotiation with the sales manager, Joe, who is charming as hell and hilarious. I think I got a reasonable and fair price, lower than average sale prices.
When I picked up the trailer the tech guys were AWESOME! As a newbie, I needed the walk through of the hitching with the weight distribution and sway bar stuff. Also, the parts dept clerk helped me get all the basic gear I needed and was candid about what I did not need. Overall, good experience. And I am heading camping this weekend! Yay! We 1st Times buyers for and RV Trailer and super Nervous about Dealing Sales people and getting taking advantage off. Well let express my honesty how I Felt about JC Cummings our sales Rep, I made us feel like we were Family and no pressure at all on buying , I had tons of questions I answer to them all, I asked for the price I wanted her made it happen.. The following Day the service Department call saying I need to spend $300 for a Brake control for my Truck, I gotta tell you after putting $7000.00 Down payment I was pretty upset to knows this , . We purchased our forest river Salem 32 foot RV last weekend. We are a young family with two children and what we were looking for is to make sure that we have our bedroom and the children have their’s, and this was a perfect absolutely perfect fit.
What we loved about the center was that you were able to just walk in look around check out every single RV the kids were able to run around and see what they liked there was no pressure the people there were great , made us feel at home it was a wonderful experience. I must say that I don’t remember having a better time spending that kind of money.
The three people that I would absolutely recommend that you go see if you are looking for an RV or anything else that you can sleep in while on an adventure are

After several visits to area RV dealerships, we purchased a used travel trailer from Cordelia RV.
Kevin Ford, the salesman, was professional, personable, and great to work with. Once the deal was sealed, working with Sierra to complete all the necessary financial paperwork was a breeze. She also worked with us to set up our pre-delivery unit inspection. John helpd us with the inspection. He gave us detailed information on the unit and gladly answered all our questions. He even brought to the tech’s attention a few items he thought should be taken care of before we took possession of the unit. Finally, Cesar the RV tech, not only showed us all we needed to know about the new hitch that had been installed, but also took care of the items John had told him about. Cesar’s patience with us “newbies” was put to the test with all our questions. He passed the test with flying colors.

We have recently “12/2017” purchased a 34 ft. pre-owned Newmar Ventana, a “class A” diesel RV from Cordelia RV Center. Of course, we had negotiated the price and demanded tons of corrective maintenance work to be performed, including the pre-delivery inspection “PDI” and full functional check of every electromechanical systems. After we received the RV, we drove it south for about 500 miles flawlessly with no single issue. Cordelia had down awesome job and exceeded our expectations by updating/correcting numerous maintenance items that we did not noticed when we purchased the deal. Cordelia maintenance team in particular had done an extraordinary job taken care of their customer. The pre-delivery inspection conducted by one of the maintenance staff was an absolute quality.
