He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased but what I found to be unusual was his willingness to go to great length to find answers that were not immediately available. He was prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that his customer was happy.

He was also very quick to respond to my messages and inquiries and was able to do so without putting any pressure on me. In fact his pleasant character and relaxed demeanor were absolutely key factors in the completion of the sale. He certainly impressed me as being a very competent young man and I am sure he will have a very successful career in the field of recreational vehicles

I bought my motor home on ebay (big mistake by the way). When it was delivered to my home it needed to have a ton of work done to it. I took it to Cordelia RV Center and had a quote for $5300. When I shopped them, the price was about the same as the others were. Because I live in vacaville,Ii decided to just take it to cordelia rv. Repair took 2 weeks (parts had to be ordered) and when I came in to pay for it the bill was only $2500! They combined the labor for multiple repairs and only charged me once instead of for each thing separately. I was thrilled. Seemed very honest and kept me in the loop throughout the repairs process.

We were looking to buy a Fox Mountain 5th wheel. An RV that has very high scores on the RV consumer web site. Fox Mountain is built by Northwood Mfg. up in Oregon and Cordelia RV Center is the largest Northwood dealership in California.

We arrived on site and immediately spotted the new Fox Mountain that we'd been looking for. We went in it and started checking it out. Eventually Rob, a salesman, approached us. It was very evident that he knew the Fox Mountain and Arctic Fox (also made by Northwood Mfg.) product lines very, very well.

We left without any commitment to him...and no pressure from him, I might add. Secured our financing and returned the following weekend ready to make our deal. It was a pleasant, painless transaction...all the way through. Steve, the Finance Manager was equally pleasant to deal with.

All in all, buying our 5th wheel from Cordelia RV Center was a much, much more pleasant experience than we were expecting.

I stopped by their service center on a Thursday, and chatted with Body Shop manager Mark about my needs (two electrical upgrades and a battery tray replacement). Mark set a date for the following Tuesday. Not a Tuesday 2-3 weeks later (or more) like at Camping World or Nelson RV in Vacaville, but just five days later. After dropping off my RV at their 7 a.m. opening time, a courtesy van had me back home in time to grab my car and get to work. I was called a little after 2 p.m. the same day to be told all tasks were done.

Once the bill was paid (after receiving a $55 military discount), their courtesy shuttle followed me back home where I dropped off the RV and returned to their service center to pick up my car. Flawless and friendly service all around, they take the time to talk (and listen) to you about the work to be performed. The company is also a sponsor of http://TroopsDirect.org. A portion of RV or consignment sales are donated to this non-profit as a 'back line' of supply for front line troops exclusively at company and battalion levels with the objective of making them the healthiest, most energized and highest spirited Marines, soldiers, Airmen and sailors serving their country while in Harm's Way.

I highly recommend fellow RVers visit or call Cordelia RV Center for their recreational vehicle needs.
