No Cost Unless Sold
There is no listing or monthly fees when your list your RV with Cordelia RV Center. When you bring your coach or trailer in, we will agree on a price and once the it is sold, we will send you a check (or you can stop by and pick it up). We will put everything in writing and make sure that you are 100% satisfied from the day you drop off your coach, to the day you receive your check.
When bringing your coach
Please remember the following:
- Original title or original registration receipt if you have a lien holder.
- Lien holder information (name, account number, phone number & payoff)
- Proof of RV Insurance
- Driver's License (Need copy for file)
- Most recent recreational vehicle license receipt
- Extended Warranty documents if you have an extended warranty on your RV.
- Engine needs to be in working order.
- Empty all holding tanks and water tanks on your RV.
- Remove all dishes, cleaning supplies, and personal items from the RV.

Please leave at least 30 gallons of fuel in your main tank so we could start it up, move it, and take potential prospects on test rides.
- Have enough propane so that we can show the buyer that the stove, oven, refrigerator and water heater all work.
